All Necessary disposable cutlery provided
All food must be consumed within 3 hours of delivery
Orders to be placed at least 5 working days in advance.
For festive periods we require at least a week’s advance for orders.
Best Food Caterer requires 100% payment for orders to be confirmed. Deposit request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
We only accept bank transfer, Paynow & cheque payments.
You can make a bank transfer to UOB Account 387-314224-1 or you can PAYNOW to our Unique Entity Number is 201822199H [Please provide your Order Date & Name in the reference].
Drop-off delivery charges apply for catering orders with no setup at $50 (mini buffet, bento)
Deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and CBD Areas will at $65 nett per trip (mini buffet, bento)
Buffet-setup & delivery charges apply for catering orders at $90.
For CBD areas an extra $20.00 will be charged
For order cancellation, the cut-off is 3 days before the event for a full refund, or else 50% payment will be forfeited.
If cancellation is made on the day of the event, the total sum of the order will be forfeited.
Any items requested after confirmation shall be charged accordingly
