What is Best food caterer?
Best food caterer is a catering platform that specializes in party sets, mini buffets and bentos. Despite that being our speciality we are not neglecting other aspects of a well planned party. We also have other event services such as table and chair rental, balloon setup as well dessert options.
Are you Halal Certified ?
Yes, we are Muis Halal certified.
Do you guys do self-collection?
Yes we do self-collection. All self-collection to be done at Betime Building , 246 MacPherson Rd, #07-04, Singapore 348578 All Self-collection orders payment to be paid by cash only.

What is a drop-off delivery?
Drop-off deliveries are catering with no setup. We will pack the food in disposable containers and aluminium trays. Ideal for parties with limited space.
What are the food portions like?
Food portions vary for the type of catering you have ordered. But we assure you that Best food caterer packs the food with a little bit more for all of our customers cause we are certain that a single serving of our food is never enough.
Are disposable cutleries and napkins provided?
Yes, they will be provided for all orders made with Best food caterer. We will provide plates, serviettes , cutlery, and cups.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery charges are fixed at $40 for drop-off delivery. For buffet orders delivery and setup will be at $80. Additional charges for delivery to Jurong island/CBD/Sentosa applies.
My venue has no lift landing. Is there an additional fee?
Yes, we charge a surcharge for venues with no lift landing. $50 for each level as our staff will have to carry the food up to the venue.
How many days in advance must I place my order?
We urge customers to place orders at least 5 days before to ensure that we have sufficient time to cater to your orders taking into consideration the volume of orders we have along with logistic planning. As for festive period, we urge customers to place an order at least 10 days before your event. Do enquire with us if you need to place an urgent order and we will get back to you regarding availability.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes you can. Changes can be made 4 days before the date of delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order?
For order cancellation, the cut-off is 3 days before the event for a full refund, or else 50% payment will be forfeited. The full payment will not be refunded for orders canceled on the eve or on the date of the event.
